Join us in Sydney in October 2010 for the 24th Australian International Education Conference! AIEC 2010 will look to the future, to a horizon of 2020, while reflecting on the lesson’s learned over the past year. One of the key Conference aims is to explore new approaches to tackling the wide range of issues that we are likely to face over the next ten years. This year’s Conference theme is Engaging for the Future. Securing the future for international education will be increasingly difficult without more effective engagement with governments, students, teaching staff, local communities, the media, Australian businesses and our international partners. The program will have a strong public policy, advocacy and social engagement focus, with a diverse range of presenters, including many from beyond international education as such, from groups and organizations with which we should seek to ally with.
