Winter Research Symposiums
The International Education Researchers Symposium has been initiated to develop a network of currently active and emerging researchers and those managing research in the broad field of international education.
The Symposium is a one-day event organised by IEAA and held annually. The content varies from year to year but frequently includes an update on emerging research in international education in Australia. The symposium has a particular focus on discussion of the current industry context and the role of research as well as on showcasing emerging research by newer researchers. PhD students are encouraged to attend and present in some way, including, on occasions, through a "Three Minute Thesis" presentation.
Target Audience
Involvement is encouraged for all active researchers working in the field. The event is designed to bring together researchers from:
- Academia
- Industry
- Government
- Non-government organisations.
Masters and PhD students and post-doctoral researchers are particularly welcome.
