Event Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration:
Cancellations received on or before the event registration deadline will incur a $50 (incl GST) administration fee.
All cancellations after the registration deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
All alterations or cancellations must be made in writing to
admin@ieaa.org.au .
Transfer of registration:
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organisation. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to
admin@ieaa.org.au. Details must include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
Insurance:
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
Cancellation of event by IEAA:
If a workshop receives an insufficient number of registrations, the IEAA may cancel the workshop. In this case, the maximum liability of IEAA is limited to a refund of the workshop registration fee with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other costs or expenses whatsoever.
In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement of the workshop due to circumstances beyond IEAA’s reasonable control including but not limited to, acts of terrorism, war, acts of God and natural disaster, IEAA cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expense which may be incurred by registrants as a consequence of the event being postponed or cancelled.
