Event Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration

Prior to the event –
Full refund

Participants may cancel their registration without penalty up until 7 days prior to the event.
After the event registration deadline – Partial refund

Cancellations received less than 7 days before an event will incur a 30% administration fee (including GST).

The day before, the day of, or after an event – No refund Cancellations received the day before, the day of, or after an event will not be eligible for a refund.

All cancellations must be made in writing to admin@ieaa.org.au.

Transfer of registration

All registrations are transferable to other IEAA members from the same organisation.

Transfers should be made in writing by the registered person to admin@ieaa.org.au. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation of an event by IEAA

IEAA reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to an event, for any circumstances beyond the IEAA’s reasonable control. This includes the cancellation of an event itself.

IEAA’s maximum liability is limited to a full refund of the workshop registration fee. IEAA accepts no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other additional costs incurred.

Participants are advised to email admin@ieaa.org.au prior to making any travel arrangements.
